Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the language-related services and inbound business (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided by our company. Users agree to these Terms before using the Services.

Article 2 (Scope of Services)

Our company provides the following services:

1. Language lessons (online and in-person)
2. Study abroad application support
3. Translation and interpretation services
4. Planning and hosting of workshops
5. Inbound services for international visitors to Japan

Article 3 (Formation of Agreement)

1. The agreement is deemed concluded when the user completes the application process and the company accepts the application.
2. The company reserves the right to refuse applications if false information is provided or if service provision is deemed difficult.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

1. Service fees are based on the price list published on our website or otherwise provided.
2. Payment methods include bank transfer or other methods designated by the company.
3. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the company may suspend service provision or terminate the agreement.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refunds)

1. Cancellations by the user are subject to the company’s cancellation policy.
2. Refunds after the commencement of service are generally not provided.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of the company or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The company shall not be liable for any inability to provide services due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
2. The company does not guarantee the achievement of the user’s objectives in translation or interpretation services.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the company or the respective rights holders.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The company will appropriately handle users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company.
